“KARADJOV STUDIO” Sole Proprietor Ltd.  is a company specialized in the design of residential buildings and complexes, industrial buildings, commercial and administrative centers, logistics centers, commercial-industrial centers, hypermarkets, single-family homes, hotels, closed-type residential complexes, building interiors, etc.

History

The company was established in 1994 with the intention to perform design activity under the name “Architectural Studio - Alexander Karadjov”. Company Manager, Chief Designer and Project Manager was Architect Alexander Karadjov, Designer with full designer’s liability. The company was later re-registered and “KARADJOV STUDIO” Sole Proprietor Ltd. was established. The company activity remained the same, namely, complex design and project management. Under the leadership of the Chief Designer and Manager, Mr. Alexander Karadjov, the company has implemented the design of a large number of sites, such as the complex design of the entire “Vitosha VEC Simeonovo” residential territory, city of Sofia, comprising 14 luxury closed-type residential districts; the complex design of whole closed-type residential complexes consisting of single-family homes; the design of a large number of separate residential buildings and hotels in the resort towns of Bansko, Sozopol, Tsarevo, etc. The company has designed and managed the project implementation of two mall-type commercial buildings in Sofia. Another major and well-developed activity has been the complex design and management of commercial-industrial parks in the cities of Plovdiv, Bourgas and Pleven; the LIDL Bulgaria Logistics Center, the Euromarket Group Corporate Service and Adminstration Center, etc. Thanks to their professionalism and experience, the managerial and executive staffs of the company are capable of maintaining high design quality standards, of offering modern ideas and diverse architecture satisfying the varying investors’ preferences and requirements, and of applying state-of-the-art construction materials and technologies. Among the company’s major customers have been a large number of local investors and such reputable foreign companies as Baysel Real Estate Bulgaria, Euromarlet Group Bulgaria, LIDL Bulgaria EOOD & Co CD, Mar Mag OOD, etc. The company’s cooperation with these and many other customers resulted in the accumulation of invaluable experience in the design and project management.

About the design team
The company has grown rapidly and has been expanding continuously its activities. It employs twelve licensed architects. On the average, it has at its disposal two or three teams of designers for each separate type of activity; thus, the number of designers taking part in the design process exceeds 50. New software assisting the design process is continuously introduced; the latest trends in architecture and software are constantly monitored. The working environment in the company is marked by high professionalism and perfect workplace conditions.
